Fufillment information

All of the products are made to order to avoid over production. Due to this there are no returns or exchanges on any orders if the incorrect product is ordered on the customers behalf.

Orders could potentially be changed or cancelled if the product has not been manufactured yet and this matter should be resolved through email or Instagram DM.

If an item is damaged within 30 days of ordering, photo proof should be provided and a new product will be sent.

SDH Paints is not liable for any stolen/lost packages as well as any packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If your package is lost or missing you must contact the shipping carrier for further information. If your package tracking number states that the item was delivered we suggest contacting the shipping carrier to further help locate your package as it might have been misplaced or stolen.

No refunds or exchanges are offered if the address provided by the customer was incorrect.
